Excellent customer service!!!!! My friend had a Galaxy S8 Plus from Verizon with a broken screen, she got a replacement phone, but Verizon and Samsung told her there's no way to transfer everything on the old one to the new one unless the screen was fixed. So I had another friend tell me to go to US Cellular with it, they can do it, so we did, they got it to transfer over to the new phone! I ended up getting an iPhone 7 Plus for myself while we there. Totally appreciative of not only Adam's customer service, but also that of the other sales person who was there, forget his name, but he went all the way to the Plymouth store with his own car to get my phone so I could have it today, as they didn't have any iPhone 7 Plus' in the Belmont store. I totally recommend them! I'm a very happy customer.
Wanted to switch to Us cellular. Called ahead and decided to take the trip up to Belmont. Upon arriving the woman told me my new galaxy s8 was incompatible with prepaid only can use iphones. Of course that sounded ridiculus that only apple products would work. Called corporate and that is infact not the case. Employees must make commission as the woman was eager to sell me an iphone as i stood there with a one month old $700 unlocked galaxy phone in my hands. Clearly i left and decided not to switch after all.
