Terrible. They are completely unresponsive and never return calls. Stay away. Far away.
Great experience, Eli was very informed and not overbearing . Very nice personality and polite. Our delivery was excellent w/no problems. We will most likely buy from Eli again.
Great shopping experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Our fridge was available for pick up the next afternoon and earlier than expected. Unfortunately, minus 2 stars because of condition of appliance: I don't know where they store their inventory, but the whole top of this (in box) fridge and into the gaskets were covered with dirt. A LOT of dirt. Removal of protective film left behind a sticky substance all over the doors that I am still trying to remove almost 2 weeks later (using Goo Gone at Baron's recommendation, the only help offered). I shouldn't have to clean a brand-new-in-the-box refrigerator but that's exactly what I had to do. I would surely do business with Baron's again because their in-store staff really is on point, but I'd have them deliver and install so they can clean up, not me.
As soon as I walked in the door was greeted and made to feel comfortable. Salesman was not pushy. We were asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about his products and items that the store carried I was able to help us with any questions that we may have asked. The storage, clean well-lit and has a wide variety of products.

Dishwasher didn't come with all the parts to hook it up. Apparently there is an additional "installation kit" that could have been purchased? Would have love to have known that at the time of purchase...FAIL. Major Brands? More like Major Scams
