We went to Cupples for 2 reasons. The first being that they were highly recommended by friends, the second that they had a car advertised that we were interested in. I'm very happy to say they were as good as we were told. Ross came over to us as we were looking over the car. He explained everything he could think of about the car...how he got it, what he did to it and any concerns he had with it. After test driving the car we new we wanted it. He stayed open late to help us get the process completed that night without having to come back another day. We will definitely go back to Cupples the next time we are in need of a new car. And will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. They are very good honest people with high quality cars available. Thanks for the Great car!

My experience in dealing with Ross and his Cupples Car Company has been superb. We purchased a pre-owned VW from Ross over 5 years ago, and it was the best car buying transaction my family has ever experienced. We are from Central Connecticut and were dealing with Ross mainly over the phone at first. The transaction could not have been handled more professionally. When we arrived in New Hampshire, the transaction was flawless. We had the opportunity to meet Ross and his wife in person and felt even better about buying from Cupples. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience in customer service. I live in New York and Ross sent all of my paperwork to my home there to make for a smoother process when I came up to purchase the vehicle. It was such a relaxed environment which seems to be rare in the auto industry. I would definitely recommend working with them.
I was introduced to Cupples because my husband bought his car there back in 2004... which he is still driving. I bought my first car from Ross in 2012, I helped my mom get her car from him in 2015, and I just bought another car from him the other day as a 3rd vehicle at my house. Every experience was more fantastic than the previous, with Ross always being happy to answer any questions I had by email, phone, or in person. He's never your "typical used car salesman" and you'll never find a lemon on his lot because he always takes pride in his vehicle stock. If you need a newer vehicle and you HAVEN'T checked this place out yet, you're really losing out on a great car buying experience. I will definitely continue to make all future car shoppings happen with Ross at Cupples.
